Jim spent time with us, showing us the product they use and beautiful catalogs on both the paver choices and the sitting wall styles. He listened to my idea of how I wanted the project to look and gave me the perfect courtyard plan that he knew would make me happy. I had already purchased a big arbor I wanted integrated into my courtyard's opening, and he assured me it would be accommodated. I didn't take picture of crack/chip (rocks spill out) since husband fixed it with concrete glue. Overall experience was ok. I wouldnt recommend KT concrete team if you want your concrete job to last. I felt like it was a rush job and Dee wasn't listening to my question and he didn't offer a suggestion on how to improve the longevity of the driveway such as install rebars and use joints between concretes. Also, BEWARE, he charged for everything such as check to see water irrigation was on ($200) just to turn/push button on the irrigation system.
