Working with William at Vilo Fence & Railing Inc. was a seamless experience from start to finish…read more He was reliable, stayed on schedule, and maintained an open line of communication throughout the project. William was extremely responsive to calls and texts, which made the entire process stress-free. We worked together to get to our budget costs. Rhe fence looks impeccable! We were very specific about exactly what we wanted--and what we did NOT want--for our PVC fence installation. William made a lot of promises, and he and his crew went above and beyond to deliver on every single one. They completed all of our requests to our complete satisfaction. The installers, Frank and Leonel, were professional, very respectful, and cleaned up thoroughly after the job was done. You will not be disappointed if you hire Vilo Fence Installations. Highly recommended!

I ended up having to call a local tow truck and pay $100 to get pulled out , money I really didn't have at the time. I literally had just paid thousands to have a fence installed. Yet, left feeling ignored and unwelcome. A simple "Are you okay?" or offering to help would have made a huge difference. ALL those men, and no one even offered help. Unfortunately, that experience left a lasting negative impression.

He explained the issues thoroughly and took plenty of time to answer our questions. Also, they take special care in monitoring the weather as for as rain and cold temperatures which are both important in tile roof repairs. Communication from their office is better than any I have experienced with any other company. Their response to phone calls, texts, and emails are all very prompt and thorough. They came highly recommended from several neighbors who also used them for tile roof repairs and we were very pleased with their work. After repairs done, their cleanup of the area was very good.

I hired TFP to stain my 700+ foot privacy fence. I waited…read moreuntil everything was completed before leaving a review because I wanted to be fair about the entire experience. The fence staining itself turned out acceptable. The cleanup afterward was poor. I found paper scraps, a three-foot steel pole and two steel lids from five-gallon stain buckets left in my yard. I didn't see one of the lids before mowing and ran over it, damaging my mower blades. I never contacted them about that and was willing to let the cleanup issues go in light of them providing a free gallon of stain but they never provided it. Leaving those things in my yard was very sloppy workmanship. My biggest disappointment was the follow-through afterward. Myles had promised to leave me a gallon of the Wood Defender Sable stain for future touch-ups. A couple areas dried lighter than the rest, and I even told him I would do the touch-ups myself if they didn't darken so he wouldn't have to come back. For more than three weeks I contacted him several times. Initially he repeatedly said he would drop off the stain, but never did. Eventually he stopped responding altogether. Not only is this poor service, it's just plain rude. What turned this into a disappointing experience was not only the poor clean up, but also being repeatedly being told something would be done, having it not happen, and eventually being ignored. I need a contractor to do what he says he'll do, or at least communicate honestly when he can't. If getting a promised gallon of stain after three weeks is this difficult, what happens if you actually need warranty service?

He did my roof six…read moreyears ago and at the time on the last day up my total by $4,000 and threaten to put a lien on my house if I didn't pay. I paid it but little did I know the terrible work his crew had done. I had know him from minor repairs years before and expected him to be at least here most of the time his crew was. He was barely on site. Francis the owner was cheap and cut every corner possible which is why after six years I'm writing this. My fascia boards are rotting because he didn't want to spend the little extra money to do it right. With fascia board you should put a 1x2 directly behind where the face of the metal drip line lays so the water doesn't ROT YOUR FASCIA BOARDS!!! My home is old and had this extra trim on part of it but not all. I overheard the foreman and him talking a couple of times and in my gut knew something was shady. Indeed there was. His disregard for my overpaid roof is causing me a lot of trouble now. To those of you that gave Francis and his company five stars... just wait, you'll see. This is a terrible company that I totally regret paying for his workers to stay in Ocala to do my roof. That's how much I thought of him. What a mistake.
