American Sunrooms Inc located in Lebanon, Pa…read more I have had terrible experience with this company regarding: 1.Quality of materials used: windows: cloudy, with scratches that we were told would be removed once they clean them. It didn't resolve the issues. Section of the sliding glass windows jam and do not slide. I was told that some were not meant to slide? Yet, their literature states: "Standard configurations include sliding windows." Window frames are separating from window glass. 2. Unreliable: Project was anticipated to start 01/01/2024 and be completed by 01/31/2024. We are now in June 2025. When asked about the time beyond stated 30 day period, the response was: "It was just an estimate". During that time we endured delays for: week long seminar in Florida in January 2024; several days in February 2024 to see a tax accountant for business and then personal income taxes; set-up and attend home show; weather; personal issues; super busy; lost track of time, delays attributed to third party vendors. 3. Communications Most of the time required multiple request for updates with either little or no response . 4. Workmanship Had to redo or revisit most installations: electrical outlets; windows leaking; motion detection light failed; electrical worked performed: i.e. improper AMP circuit breaker was installed at main breaker box for AC/Heater; power cord for new AC/Heater was replaced. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Buyer Beware

My husband and I wanted to do some home renovations, but we weren't sure where to start. We were…read morelooking for a company to help us renovate our powder room and our kitchen and refinish the hardwood flooring in our entryway and dining room. We asked some friends and were recommended Ebersole. They were very responsive, and we quickly had a meeting set up. Through that discussion, the project that initially seemed overwhelming to us became manageable. It was a very collaborative process - we discussed all of our options, collaborated on ideas, and created a vision that matched what we were looking to achieve. We agreed to move forward with the project, and within just a few weeks, we were choosing all of the items that would be a part of our project. From the quartz countertops and farmhouse sink to flooring and tile backsplash, and much more, Ebersole was there to help us each step of the way. When construction started, we were impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of our installers. They went out of their way to minimize the inconvenience of a renovation, while working meticulously to ensure everything was installed seamlessly. Our project was finished faster than we expected, and we could not be happier with the results. They even went the extra mile with an unexpected plumbing issue. We now have a beautiful new kitchen, powder room, and hardwood flooring. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else looking to have some work done in their home. When we are ready for our next project, we will be reaching out to Ebersole. Thank you to Jeff and the entire team at Ebersole!

Everyone that worked on the project (and I mean everyone) was helpful, informative, easy to talk to, and incredibly good at what they do. We couldn't be happier with how the bathrooms all turned out and will absolutely be working with Ebersole in the future if we ever need another bathroom or the kitchen redone and will be recommending them to any of our friends and family in the area that may be interested in that kind of work in the future. Excellent work everyone and thanks so much for all the care you put in to your craft!

I came across Wertz Handyman Service through social media after seeing multiple people rave about…read moreboth the quality of work and the pricing. I had a small (but important) project at my house and knew I wanted to hire someone who was a legitimate, professional business -- not just a "guy with a truck." Think: licensed, insured, organized, and trustworthy. Adam Wertz checked all of those boxes and then some. From the very first interaction, Adam was incredibly responsive. He quickly scheduled a time to come out, take a look at the project, and provide a quote -- which he turned around just as quickly. His communication was clear, professional, and easy to follow every step of the way. One thing I especially appreciated was his use of a web-based system for quotes, scheduling, invoicing, and payment. It made the entire process seamless and super convenient -- no back-and-forth confusion, no chasing paperwork, just straightforward and efficient. Once I approved the quote, we got on the schedule, and Adam showed up right on time (which already puts him ahead of a lot of contractors I've worked with in the past). He got straight to work, no nonsense, and completed the project efficiently while still making sure everything was done right. Before wrapping up, he made sure I was happy with the finished result and even offered to come back if any issues popped up -- which speaks volumes about the kind of service he provides. It's not always easy to find someone you feel comfortable trusting to work on your home, but Adam absolutely earned that trust. I'm really glad I found Wertz Handyman Service and will definitely be using him again for future projects. If you're looking for someone reliable, professional, and easy to work with, this is it!
