It is very unfortunate that this company did not come through for me. I needed to have mold…read morespraying on a new build and I had many questions. I was told I needed to use a cold fogger by the manufacture but was offered a thermal fog spray from them. When I questioned it I was basically told I should do it myself. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt especially since I had so many questions but all I wanted was to be reassured the product and the sprayer they were using was the correct one. When I talk to the Concrobium manufacturer they said "yes it had to be a "cold fogger" so obviously they did not know what they were doing. I am also disappointed in the fact the I was very upfront and honest and even had them quote my insulation. All I can say is if you have questions about their product and services you should be allowed to have a complete understanding before proceeding. They didn't even have the courtesy to respond to my calls. BTW I ended up buying my own cold fogger and doing it myself. It was very easy!
