I would have appreciated it if he said this is beyond what he can do. Instead he damaged the bracelet and made suggestions that would have done even more damage. I'm glad I listened to my gut and took my watch back for a professional assessment. I ended up spending hundreds to replace the links and repair the damage. It was an expensive mistake that I don't wish for others to make. P.S. He failed to return all parts of the watch which resulted in multiple unnecessary trips to his shop. I had high hopes on what I thought would be a "simple" adjustment on my watch but I ended up in a very stressful and costly situation.

I dropped the ring off at 1.30pm and had it back by 5pm the same day and now it fits like a glove. Service was super friendly and quick and they sent me a quote via text before doing the work! The icing on the cake was they cleaned the ring too so not only does it fit perfectly now it's also as sparkly as it was the day I got it. Even Paval didn't understand why it was just sitting there for 3 weeks with no contacts. So I decided not to do it with them. So it took another week or 2 to ship it back to Macy's. 2 months of wasted time, I went to Maze Jewelry in Serramonte and they quoted me 60 dollars for repair. No additional charges, just a flat 60 dollars and my necklace was replaced within 1 week. Will definitely not be using them again.
