We were pulling a trailer with a Ford 150 and were forced to almost collide with the car on the right of us to get our of his way. Our only thought was that he had missed his exit realized it and jumped in front of us causing us to slam on our brakes and try to stay away from him. The tag was 886040 Kentucky. We continued following behind him as he continued to take over lanes ahead of us. This driver is a danger to anyone who wont get out of his way. If he was on a call there were no lights flashing. ​

Tim came out and helped get my truck working so I can get home that night. I'm new to town and was scared. He was polite and let me talk to his lady, so that I was not scared. Not only did he take care of my truck that night, but he very politely let me know that he would fix my truck later if I needed to. he did not contact me again or pressure me. Over a month and a half later I contacted him. He was responsive and started working on my truck on a Sunday--which is rare. He also drove me home with his son, since I didn't have a ride back from his shop. That kind of service is rare. Tim has been nothing but polite and honest and hard-working. I highly recommend him. If you are a woman or someone new to town and it's really hard to know who to trust. I can tell you that you can trust Tim.

Could not be more grateful for this place! We started hearing a very loud squealing noise from our…read moretires on our 5th wheel and we had to stop driving. After calling almost a dozen places where no one could help us, finally called Thorough Truck and they came out in less than half an hour! Gene immediately took off our tires, did a full inspection and got us back on the road very quickly. We were very lucky, we thought it was the wheel bearings or our axle, but it ended up being an accumulation of break dust making the noise. After we got back on the road, Gene called us twice to double check we were ok and that the sound was gone - that is phenomenal customer service!! Thank you Gene!!
