Not very useful and very lucky for us that the gas station across the road and a block further west - part of the grocery store - was still open. So we were able to get gas but not here and even though it seems like a truck stop that everybody loves, the one time we came here it wasn't convenient. But I'm sure we'll be back again and I'll reevaluate it then.

She says you can take those energy drinks out of your purse and they're literally in the woman's hands and then does not apologize. The mail behind the counter has the personality of a head of lettuce. Literally the most pathetic example of customer service I've ever seen in my life. You would think with 711 being one of the world's biggest companies they would pay for non-reject employees. It was horrible.

Pumps have slowed down somewhat and occasionally are out of service. Tonight I was in the store and their cash register went down. I bought a hot dog and paid cash. Then the sales associate said that they had to close the store in order to reset the register. I didn't want to make a fuss, but I don't see why I couldn't stay in the store and finish my hot dog -- I kind of wanted to eat it before going back out in the cold and it would take all of a minute. They completely disappeared. The employees there were very much thugs, and didn't care that I was now stranded. They yelled at me for being reasonably frustrated. I used to work at Speedways in Oakland County (Michigan) where car keys were returned to the cashier's desk, along with credit cards and driver's licenses. I had my car towed to a Subaru dealer in western Toledo. The employees there didn't replace the accumulated coffee grinds in the machines until enough customers, including me, complained. The place itself is absolutely disgusting, with garbage all over the parking lot. I saw a rat outside grazing. This is the worst Speedway in America that I've been to.
