He was very detailed and he let me know of different choices. I decided to have insulation applied and custom molding. I was the pricing and a timeline, I agreed to. They have always done an excellent job, and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. The estimate was timely and in the ballpark, and all employees have always been polite and friendly, and have gone out of their way to accommodate my requests (stacking firewood, for example.) I will definitely be using them in the future.

My front yard fence was collapsing on the sidewalk. Michael came and gave me an estimate which we…read moreaccepted. Fence was completed on Thursday the 23rd of July. Looks like a first rate job and many of my neighbors saw them constructing the fence and were very impressed. It matches perfectly with the exterior fence and allows for the plants to get light. Because the school board has several buses that load up beside our house I was concerned about the strength as children always are trying to climb on the fence and retaining wall. They made the fence very secure so there will not be any problems as parents don't care what children do to people's property these days and you need to protect them from their own stupidity. I would suggest anyone needing a fence to contact this firm.

He was only granted permission to bring materials through my driveway as my neighbours house does not have one but without asking he helped himself to all the utilities on my property without permission including electricity and water. In addition, he trashed my newly laid sod with patches of cement, made false promises in order to continue to leverage the use of my property and lied about the crew he would have on the job and timeline. Would not recommend Michael Coglian for your fence work as he is unprofessional, a liar in regards to the project timeline and available resources. He is also a poor communicator and will ignore your calls when you seek assistance. Take your business somewhere else!
