1) Financial dept. didn't even understand rudimentary financial basics.
2) Mediary spent inordianate time reiterating/regurgitating 'information' while collecting little if no info.
3) Data and info, requests by BOTH parties were ignored.
4) Despite a known deadline, the lawyer responsible was totally unresponsive - not just to me, but my ex-husband's 5 emails were non-responsive 1 mo +. Attorney, AFTER 4+ wks blamed a software issue. obviously his emails and texts were gravely affected...please.
5) A last minute (ok, wk before court date) attorney presented what had to be the worst formed document I've read. Spelling errors, contained almost NONE of agreements discussed in mediation, and 60% content never covered and CLEARLY in favor of the wage-earning party.
7) Attorney never followed up after presentation of mediation draft - until other attorney interjections
6) Both parties agreed to abandon what both deemed a 'train wreck' and not respresening either parties wishes or intents.
7) 2 weeks prior to court date, with no mediator response in more than 4wks, both parties drafted their own separation agreement and had to forward to individual attorneys for final redrafting.
8) The most useless waste of my time and money. if you have ovaries.....run
boys club only read more
