When I've gone into the main service department, my experience has been thorough people at a fair price. They have never even complained about the extended warranty. Wow, poor service at this place transcends throughout the culture. Very professional reply from my original concern and asked to give the GM a call to discuss the specifics, much to my surprise the GM had no idea of who I was and why I was calling. One would think that if you are going to add the title of the individual that can address your concern that they would have at least a general knowledge of the incident, or an ability to address without appearing to be totally confused. My reply back was very simple, I stand by my original review of poor service, and now feel it is part of leadership from the top. read more
