The contractor and painter were continuously at odds, the representative, (Brendon) was disengaged until the job was in its 4th week and the painter was way behind. It was only then that he started to come by and see what wasn't happening, communicate with me about the many issues; argue with the painter over delays and running out of supplies and not having daily workers to help.
