The original agent spent 3 weeks and could not get us a single serious interest in our house that we lived in for 18 years and invested heavily to upkeep it. Towards the 3rd week we realized something was not right. We miraculously found Marry and contacted her the next day. Our first meeting with Mary was so eye opening that we immediately de-listed our house and engaged with Marry. So here is the difference in service. A day after we engaged Marry and the house had not even gone live yet, she had already lined up an interested party for us. In the next 5 days before the house actually went live on MLS, she had already shown the house to few people and once the house went live we had 3 people interested on the 4th night in the house. On the 5th night, we got an offer and the house was sold!!! Mary was a god-send for us. She has the perfect marketing machine and she uses all avenues to get houses marketed and generate interest in record time. Mary is an immensely skillful seller and understands her market with tremendous depth. She was very realistic in helping us do the right market analysis to suggest a price that would generate interest. She was a master negotiator and helped us get the right price and made the process very simple for us. She was always communicating with us and the fact that she closed the deal in 5 days in the middle of a major pandemic says a lot about her real estate and selling acumen. We would highly recommend Mary to be your real estate agent and partner because we understand first hand how important it is to have the right person help you. Mary has decades of experience in the local market, real estate laws, and most importantly social media marketing. In this day and age you need someone with Mary's deep understanding of social media to help you quickly and efficiently sell real estate with full peace of mind. Thank you Mary for making our experience so painless and quick!!!

Linda's knowledge of the real estate market in and around Delaware County is second to none. On top of that, Linda worked incredibly hard to find us the right home that checked all our boxes. Cannot recommend her enough. Having worked with several real estate agents before, I can say she is the best agent we've ever worked with.

We found Laura online, sent her an email and met in person a few days later. It was like meeting back up with an old friend. She is very personable, caring and professional. Within 72 hours we had the house we wanted and we were under contract. We had to go back to the state we were moving from and she took care of everything for us on this end. Giving us options for an inspector, making sure that was completed, meeting with the builder when we couldn't and making this all seamless as well as stress free. Susan and her informant continued to exchange rumors about us as clients, during and after concluding our work with her.
