She's now worked with us to buy a home nearby. She navigated partners in different states, conducted both virtual and in-person showings, and negotiated with patience, skill and a sense of humor. Heather managed it all perfectly even when the property's zoning led to a change in our approach. Her expertise kept us on target and we closed as planned. As buyers, we're making life decisions in a business transaction. Heather and her team understands that -- she knew what this property meant to our family and it's now home. We're 100% satisfied and highly recommend Heather.

Heather met up with us ahead of time and reviewed the process and explained some details that were different in MI. The housing market was tough, but Heather helped us to understand our options for making a strong and competitive offer. She was helpful and patient with our concerns, and always quick to respond and give relevant information. While we never got the opportunity to meet Jamie, we appreciated the team approach and felt great knowing that there would always be someone there to answer questions or show us a property. The closing process went smoothly and we appreciated the responsiveness and communication of Heather's team. We highly recommend Heather if you're looking to purchase or sell a home.

I recently used her to sell my duplex in grand rapids, and can't recommend her expertise enough. Kellie's ability to see what small improvements will net big returns is an asset I was very grateful for. Just her clever use of escalation clauses alone netted me enough to buy a performance car after closing. It was nice to feel so secure leaving such a life changing decision in the hands of someone so capable, and kind. Kellie used her knowledge to not only get the best price, but also look for workable solutions for all parties during the complex process of closing on a property.

Before we had even walked our first open house, Kellie broke down the complex (sometimes convoluted) process of home-buying into digestible parts on a short call. Kellie's expertise became the lens through which we looked at every financial scenario over the next few weeks, and she carefully guided us through every aspect of the process. Having an advisor with roots in the community and across the city was also invaluable; her wide personal and professional network came in handy many times, and we simply can't imagine going through this process without the tools that Kellie has in her toolbox. On top of her industry knowledge and connections, Kellie's calm demeanor, unshakeable professionalism, responsiveness, foresight, and her goal-oriented attitude created a safe place for us to navigate the huge decision making required when buying a home. Kellie was always prepared for every meeting and every open house, and she always had insight on remaining competitive in a market that was tough for young buyers. Having Kellie on our team made the process feel exciting and manageable, even when curveballs were thrown our way. We would absolutely recommend Kellie to anyone purchasing or selling, whether in the west Michigan area or beyond.

We were told our roof would last 10 years. This was entirely false with it needing to be replaced within 2 with many major issues. Not only did Pamela never pull any permits to check any of this she didn't even show to show us the house she sent a different relator. We were using a VA loan and feel she took advantage of a member of the military on purpose. After still paying the ridiculous relator fees for her to literally do nothing except effect us in negative ways we feel cheated. I would suggest staying away from Pamela.
