Unfortunately, we are not nearly satisfied with the product: Because of the length of the driveway the concrete was delivered in two batches, on two consecutive days. Somehow Smokey Point concrete delivered two different shades instead of the ordered color, Austin Buff. According to their lab analysis both colors are "within range" - they are however different enough that half of our driveway is grey, the other half dark brown... Mistakes happen, and we were patient to get lab results and let Smokey Point Concrete "work something out", as they promised. But after more than four months the matter isn't settled yet. Smokey Point Concrete doesn't seem willing to find a solution. They send us the lab results, but can't be reached by phone, don't return our calls and don't answer to emails. Mistakes happen. We know that colored concrete never turns out the way it looks on paper. BUT: This is not about the color itself, it's about multiple batches with completely different shades. A big company should have an interest in finding a solution that works for customer, contractor and company. Unfortunately, we don't see this here. Definitely can not recommend working with this company!
