I've had neck tightness and headaches for years mainly from any type of activity, exercise, mowing…read more, walking outside, treadmill and even yoga. I admit I was somewhat fearful and skeptical about seeing a chiropractor for this but had exhausted all options and was sick of not being able to do the things I enjoyed knowing they would be followed by a headache.
