I've had neck tightness and headaches for years mainly from any type of activity, exercise, mowing…read more, walking outside, treadmill and even yoga. I admit I was somewhat fearful and skeptical about seeing a chiropractor for this but had exhausted all options and was sick of not being able to do the things I enjoyed knowing they would be followed by a headache. Even after my first visit I felt better. My neck felt loose and no headaches that week. Even went to gym and a lot of walking outside. Second week, no headaches, third week, no headaches. Normally I'd get one weekly. I can't say enough positive about the care and interest in helping me overcome my issues. It definitely has changed my life for the better!
