When I asked the doctor for an attorney recommendation, he referred me to the lawyer I ultimately hired. However, once my case settled, this clinic demanded their full balance and completely refused the standard "keys" reduction on the medical lien. It is deeply disappointing that a provider would refer an attorney but then refuse to cooperate with the standard settlement reduction process, maximizing their own payout at the injured patient's expense. I had been battling some issues and decided it was time to visit a chiropractor. I was looking specifically for acupuncture but met with a doctor to go through my history, my ailments and my goals. We determined that I could benefit from chiro services (adjustments) along with acupuncture. A treatment plan was developed by Dr. Storm and I began immediately. I was impressed that Dr. Storm had read my file prior to meeting with me. If you've been there, you know they are a "well oiled machine" so when he had time to read, I'm not sure but nonetheless, I was impressed. Combined with a diet change, I noticed vast improvements in my condition and have to assume my visits here helped. I'll be continuing with maintenance here on out, but I definitely recommend this office. Although I'm hoping I won't need another treatment plan created, I know where to go if I do.
