Ryan and Andrea are a lovely couple. We found Ryan through Hemet photographers and loved his website and upon meeting him, we were set with him doing our wedding photography.
Several things before the wedding made me a little nervous with him but I was always hopeful because he is such a nice person. He was late to all of our pre-wedding meetings. Even one time, he forgot we had one and after calling him over & over he apologized profusely and admitted he was in the shower and would head over. (He was 30 minutes late). Every time before I met him, I requested he brought a photography book, in all 3 meetings he said he would bring one and never did. Additionally, before our third meeting I made him a specific list of all the photos I wanted done so we could go over them at our last meeting per his request. He forgot the list at that meeting. He always was beyond kind and sweet though so we didn't worry too much.
On the wedding, Ryan and Andrea were late but not too much. They got there and got to shooting, immediately. Their time management was not the best. I had the specific list of what I wanted on the wedding day (which I never saw) and I wish they would have focused on that more than so many photos of myself.
My biggest request of the wedding day was my husbands reaction to me walking down the aisle because we did no do a first look. I made that very clear from day one. My husband cried, was beyond sweet and shocked when he saw me and there were only 4 photos of that. From the back of the aisles, through all our guests heads blurred out and his face focused on. That was my biggest request, and they gave me really one 1 good one. Additionally, we were married in a beautiful winery, they never once had us take photos in the vineyards which was extremely shocking.
I have so many pictures of myself from that day but really wish there were more of my husband and his experience too. They were a lovely couple, they did a good job, but I was disappointed in certain aspects. For not having a videographer, our photos are all we have and I wish they listened to what I wanted better. read more
