It's an old store that is using every bit of space, racking, and area to carry everything it can even though it was never made to be a grocery store. I actually can appreciate that! Way to go! Convenience! Giving the people what they want! Because let's face it... if the people didn't want it Walmart wouldn't do it... right?! I ran in to buy a blanket for my wife for the long trip home in the car... I like it cold... it was cool to see all the stuff in this store! It is really packed out! Found what I needed... really had a pretty good selection... and a pillow for her too and was in and out in 10 mins. PERFECT! Thanks Walmart!

I am extremely unsatisfied with my experience as when I came to Atoka Walmart, I was left waiting…read more20 minutes at the counter while they were partying in the back, and when I finally got my service I only got a minute to actually speak, and Walmart please clean up your staff, your overnight crew were quite literally parting in the back, where all inventory is left unsupervised, I say this because I saw at least 6 young kids that were not employed walk in and out of the double doors in the back. Furthermore there was a gentleman that had a plug in his nose and no teeth that was extremely rude to me even though I was polite. Please clean up your staff and your store.

They work hard and understand that the people they serve are hurting. They show a level of compassion you don't see elsewhere, and it makes a difference. This is…read moreabsolutely the worst Walgreens, and probably the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with since 1995. Went here to pick up prescriptions ordered by the ER doctor. It was our first experience with this Walgreens. I checked in at the counter to get my prescription. I was informed by the tech that it wasn't ready, but would be in 10-15 minutes. I returned to the counter 25 minutes later to check the status and the same tech told me they were having problems with their computer processing the items, but it should be resolved quickly. After about 15 minutes I asked the tech what the cost would be and she asked the pharmacist who said it would be negligible but she would be done in a minute after making some crack about how busy they were. The tech further informed me that they would just send it to another pharmacy. When I asked her what good that would do and didn't cave to her threat she just walked away. About 5 minutes later the pharmacist calls out for someone to check me out. The tech I had been dealing with, who was unoccupied at that time, then walked to the back and ignored the pharmacist. A couple minutes later another tech approached the pharmacist and asked a question. She replied to the tech and then told him to ring me up next. He didn't and called out for the next person in line. I asked him if he was going to ring me up as directed and the pharmacist came out and started yelling at me, told me I was rude for asking the question, said they were busy, and that she was going to send the prescription elsewhere. (I now know where the tech got her attitude from) The pharmacist and I exchanged words and she finally asked if I wanted to come back and help. I replied yes and she didn't know what to do. She then told me that I couldn't and I asked why and she just said I cannot. This interaction put me in the position of finding a new pharmacy in town, which I did. I found one on south 2nd Street that had friendly staff and were very helpful when I went to inquire if they took our insurance. Good riddance to Walgreens. I will file a corporate complaint, but I doubt it will go anywhere.

He said he would call the doctor. The next afternoon he said that the doctor didn't call back, and went to call him. I needed to hurry so said I would leave and wait to hear from them. I received a call from them that I missed picking up in time. I called back right away. The tech who answered the phone denied that a new antibiotic had been ordered, and also denied that anyone there had called me. Incredibly frustrating! I later had a voice-mail from the pharmacy pop up that the pharmacist did call at the time before I had called them back. He had finally gotten a new order. Their systems and safety protocols are not working well to allow these issues to happen.

Ordered a 5" Double layer smash cake for my one yr olds birthday photoshoot. Completely…read moredisappointed and upset at the quality and customer service. Upon pickup, I opened the box to take a look at the cake. Oversized strawberries had fallen off the cake because they were placed on the edge with whipped icing. But what was most upsetting is that the strawberries were rotten. I asked for the cake to be fixed. They were willing to place the strawberries back on top off the cake, but did not offer to replace with fresh fruit. The manager was asked to come to the counter. She arrived and stated the cake was made just the day before. I didn't doubt that, but expressed it was unacceptable to deliver rotten fruit to a child. She offered five dollars off the cake! At this point I accepted and chose to fix the cake myself at home.

If you can't call someone to let them know their medication is done then don't say you can and take their information down. If you have a backlog of patients waiting on the same medication don't say it will be ready the next day. If you like to just be told to go to Walmart instead because you called twice in one day to see if your medicine was done than this is the perfect place. All they had to do was be honest. Please come in and fill out new patient info so we can call you, that medication has several patients waiting and it may be a while before we have yours. Seriously. This is crap customer service at its absolute best. Patients are people and we deserve honesty, competency and communication.
