I just called RV Trax, spoke with Ron. We needed someone to fix our RV today. Ron apologized but he didn't have time to come today. However, he talked to me on the phone for 15 mins to diagnose the problem, he walked me right to the issue... I would recommend this company to anyone! While camping in Emerald coast Rv resort I hooked up my water and my toilet started leaking . After a little research I thought for sure a hose clamp was loose. I happened to see him working on another camper and stopped by to pick is mind he said he had never heard of one of the hoses leaking but told me the valves do all the time. He sold me a new valve and in minutes I was back in business. While he did not install it he was great help and a host of information. In closing trust your RV needs to him he knows what he is doing. Received great service from RV Trax during busy holiday season. Ron is very knowledgeable about all things RV. He fixed my 2013 Newmar slide motor and also diagnosed an issue with my Magnum inverter/charger. While he couldn't fix it due to my time constraints he was able to come up with a temporary work around to keep my coach operational until I could get the inverter/charger rebuilt. He also worked with my extended warranty company and spent a significant amount of time on the phone with them. I would highly recommend RV Trax! read more

This man is really smart and knows RVs and he help me over the phone with problems that my shop back home had no clue about fix. Oh I needed to do was from the pump to get my generator started. I was very worried when my coach started losing water underneath he told me which switches to turn or valves rather. I had just overfilled freshwater tank and he also warned me when I left so my leak out. I offered payment but he refused appreciate what he did because I was worried. read more
