I noticed they pre made sandwiches and breakfast sandwiches had real ingredients. Back home we have a whole list of ingredients you cannot pronounce listed on the wrapping of breakfast sandwiches. Imagine that it can be done. See photo. read more

10/14/21 Drove through this Pennsylvania gas station at approximately 8:00 tonight. We needed gas and a potty break. I could hardly wait to find this establishment on YELP. We were so impressed by the cleanliness of the Women's restrooms; Kohler sink and fixtures tells me you care about your patrons. Not just the nice finishing touches, but clean as a whistle. We have driven West to East and 5,000 miles plus. We will be driving that many miles home. I want to say this place wins 1st place for cleanest bathroom facility. The coffee was on point, too!!! Keep up the good work. I can't believe there aren't more positive reviews. 5 stars for you! read more

Usually I am quite satisfied with the cashier service. But this morning I was disappointed by the 2 young girls behind the counter who never greeted me or even acknowledge me. Slowest food service at. Rutter's I've ever encountered. It was completely empty and took over half an hour to make our food. The kids behind the counter were in no rush. read more

Poor quality service and food. We waited ten minutes for our food while employees carried on and talked to each other and their friends who yelled at them across the store. Additionally, don't order a salad unless it's a snack. They're not made fresh, but taken from the middle kiosk where everything is pre-package, and put in a small to-go container. (4) ~ very good convenience store & gas station. Notes: This was my first time at a Rutter's, which has apparently been in business since 1968. Surprisingly, I felt their Made-To-Order Food, ordered from a Touch Screen, was better than Wawa, which means it was way better than Sheetz;)lol I like how they try and use "Local" Food options, which separates them from their competition;) And they have a wide selection of Ready-to-Drink refrigerated iced coffees too. The only two areas they could do better at would be their Hot Coffee selection & Local Snack Food Selection, such as Zerbe's Darks & Stehman's Potato Chips cooked in Lard;)lol MENU: ** BBQ Beef Short Ribs = (4.25) Very good, especially for a convenience store. just got home from my rutters trip and the old lady at the front desk was unnecessarily rude to me and my boyfriend. we were going to drop our drinks off in the car and come back and get ice cream but we didn't because the lady made us feel uncomfortable. don't know how often they get shop lifters but we came to the desk intending to pay and the whole time shes on edge acting like we're going to dip out with our drinks. also never have I been asked anywhere.."so who's going to pay" read more

This Rutter's is on my way to work - I like it because it is new and has VERY easy access on/off 83 and the gas prices here are usually at least 3-5 cents cheaper than my local Rutter's. The place is very clean inside, they have plenty of pumps and a carwash as well as lots of coolers which is the norm at Rutter's. I have received very friendly service and the place is convenient in every way which is the most important function of a Convenience store. I like the fact they have fresh snacks, fruit and even some automotive stuff like oil and washer fluid which is priced low. I will keep coming here since the Tom's, Hess and Bp in the local area are more of chore to get to and get back on 83 and the gas prices aren't as reasonable. read more

I was thoroughly satisfied with my experience at this location. My cousin and I visit Rutters every summer and we stopped here this year. All the workers were very nice and easy to talk to. The food was above excellent. Overall the whole experience exceeded my expectations! read more

The place is nice and everyone, seem very professional. I had the fries and shrimp but I was not pleased, shrimp batter was oily and likewise the fries which cause an old taste (not fresh). please monitor the oil and change when needed, it will make everything taste much better. Perfect location but diesel price is outrageous. Drive a few minutes to any other gas station for major savings. Sheetz in mechanicsburg is 42 cents less a gallon and is less than a ten minute drive. read more

They don't an organized way to wait for an open register. Most of the staff is rude. Popular because of its location.
