The staff is amazing doctors and vet techs. I have gone through kennel cough with my two oldest, along with surgery needs for my bullys palette and breathing issues. Hunter was our first vet tech, naturally good with our very anxious Jack. Also helped talk us through our questions as preparing for surgery is nerve wrecking. this is not the closest vet center but i do the drive because my babies are safe and happy there.

It's sometimes a bit concerning when they take her back and don't take her treats, or when I know they didn't use them, so she'll probably always be afraid of the vet. But Dr. Ogino and Dr. Tong, at the least, have been great with her. She doesn't need a muzzle with them, and they've never suggested it, even though they aren't the first vets she saw. I can't remember the names of everyone at the front, but Rachael is a treasure when it comes to Trupanion insurance. Marissa has fought for us many times when they've tried to deny us coverage. Ani is super patient and gives us clear communication via text. I know there's another young girl who is always super friendly, and another women I've seen in both the front and the back that always greets my pup and has often calmed other clients as my pup practices her manners at the vet, because I really try hard to show her she doesn't need to be scared of the vet, but I understand not everyone is as great as the people I mentioned above.

When I took my pet there last January, I was told she could only be treated after I put a $2000 deposit toward any services to be performed. Fine, swiped for $2000! My pet was in an emergency situation. After services were rendered, I was given a receipt showing a remaining balance of over $400. I was told the balance would be credited back to my credit card. However, because my pet was still in distress and we were headed to another facility (Access Hospital), I left without waiting for the credit to post to my credit card. When I called a couple months later to let them know the refund never appeared, the receptionist confirmed my credit was still there and that a manager would contact me. A few days later, they start texting me new receipts showing a zero balance. I speak to the office manager and she states that the receptionist was mistaken and that I had no credits, instead she says there were other services that had not been accounted for previously but now they were accounted for, so I am owed nothing. O balance. Somebody basically made up charges to offset my balance and keep the remaining funds! If they owe you money after your pet gets treated, be sure to get that before leaving. Very disappointing. I intend to file a claim in small claims but wanted to warn others.

From the very beginning, he was calm, patient, and reassuring. After a thorough evaluation, he recommended trying weight loss first before moving forward with surgery, which we really appreciated. We're so grateful to have such a caring and knowledgeable vet. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately as of this week I am leaving this practice with my dogs. Long story short, I scheduled a follow up ultrasound for one of my dogs and when I paid that deposit and made the appointment I specifically asked that it be noted in her chart that to the extent possible not to shave her. The dog is a champion show dog and already registered for a specialty in europe in a few weeks, with flights already booked and now the thousands already spent is completely wasted. I have had dozens of ultrasounds done in the last 15 years, both echocardiograms to abdominal ultrasounds and this dog in particular just had an ultrasound in late december. This was a follow up ultrasound and the practice shaved her entire underside and half way up her flank. Her coat will not recover from this for months, possibly for the year. I spoke with the practice manager and was basically told the doctor found it necessary, which is fine. The vet very well may have thought it necessary, but since it directly contradicts the owner's request on her chart, I should have been contacted before that happened so that I could decide to cancel her ultrasound and take her to another practice or some other solution. In fact when I dropped her off in the morning for intake, I was specifically asked to leave my phone number in case I had to be contacted regarding the procedure. The hospital had my number, and decided to just proceed how they wanted to. Completely unacceptable.

So happy I did! The hospital is nice and clean, all of the techs and the ladies at reception are beyond kind! I love interacting with them and they always offer water/tea/coffee while I wait, which is never long. Dr. Moss is very nice and knowledgeable and definitely doesn't suggest doing anything unnecessary. This team really does care about your pets. I actually chatted with another client the first time that I went there and she mentioned in all her years living in the South Bay, that she has been to 15 or so different vets for her pets and At Your Service has been the best so far. This in addition to the great service really made an impact for me. Highly recommend!

We've already returned from our trip and are planning another one, so we'll definitely be coming back for the next health certificate and recommended blood work. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a trustworthy, professional, and caring veterinary team.

For one, you cannot talk to anyone over the phone. But the worst part is, they pretend they're interpreting your pets results themselves and are actually using AI to do so. They're also creating a grey area by insisting the vet reviews the results first, but when I ask for "laymans terms" and you paste me something you pretend to write, yes I have a problem with that. When I asked, they admitted AI usage and then gaslighted me into believing it's only being used for "formatting". The only AI usage I ever agreed to was during a zoom call I agreed for AI based transcription of our conversation, that's all. I just don't understand why it's so hard to give an actual response that you wrote. I really wanted to like this vet but their time saving practices are grossly counterproductive and wildly inappropriate.

In my heart, some reasons, the words did not sound convincing. Decided to search for a vet that integrate alternatives medicine... we found Dr Chen. When we started working with Dr. Chen, she only had a room in her clinic. A small boutique vet clinic where mini walked around sniffed all the staff and we could be in her eye sight all the time. I do admit, I later did miss the intimate setting. Her clinic expanded more and more during our time with mini there. She got her chronic ear infection treated (in one treatment!) her gut issues and later her heart issue. There definitely has been hiccups here and there as the treatments were always smooth sailing but the staff really cared for mini. We got acupuncture herbal medicine nutrition support... she lived for another 2.5 years and the team were always gentle with her and really helped her. we don't have a dog at this time, but when we do, we will be going back to Dr Chen and the team!

I also had a question about the number of amoxicillin pills we received. I received a phone call the next morning letting us know that they were scheduling a vet appointment for us to look at her surgery site and to apologize on the miscount of her antibiotic medication. The vet came and told us that typically the surgery site looks better in 48 hours and he was concerned that the area was hard and there may be a possible mass. Since we were scheduled for a recheck on Monday morning, he suggested that we give the area some additional time to heal and if the area was still hard, they may suggest aspiration to determine what was going on. There was no charge for this exam and we left with the antibiotics that were miscounted. Everyone - from the office staff, vet tech and vet was professional, kind and caring.
