He was very anxious and every single person we had an encounter with made him feel very comfortable. We have been to several dentists in our quest to get his teeth done properly, and I have to say his office has been the MOST professional, personable, friendly, organized office we have been in. I had never been there before or heard of the practice until we were referred by our home town dentist. From the waiting area to the dental chair, we felt like we were the only ones there. The staff was punctual, efficient, and most importantly thorough and clear with everything we had done. I REALLY appreciate a practice that demands that kind of professionalism. I would recommend Dr. Parkes and his staff to anyone and already have. Also, I truly thank him for calling us after surgery that night and making sure things were going well for us. It wasn't a recording. It was him personally after hours. Financially, money was explained in detail and handled very smoothly with no pressure involved. What started out as a very unsure experience became a very smooth one. I highly recommend Dr.Parkes and his staff! They are second to none! Lindy Gray
