I hate to give it a 1 but there is nothing lower to pick. I have gone in this store many times…read moresince the day it opened. I have never left without being disappointed. I was excited for them to come to town but their service is absolutely terrible, always has been. I can't get any help, I went in today to buy 300 dollars worth of ammo that went on sale. I could not find most of it. Finally after 30 minutes a grumpy guy showed up to help and acted like he was mad at everyone. The ammo was spread out over three areas, one being up front. Then nothing rang up correctly, I had to find the add in my email and basically make them change the prices. They were not even aware of the sale. It all boils down to verry poor managers. Countless times I have left my cart in the line and left because it was taking for ever to check out.

But I would have preferred an Academy. Dunham's has decent sale ads and coupons, but it's not consistent on pricing. You can look through a stack of the same product and you might find 2 different price stickers. Staff are never great with coupons either, so you have to be a bit pushy to make sure they do it right. But at least we have a decent sporting goods store.
