Sam's Club is right next door, and across the street you can find a Publix and Panera Bread. I'm giving four stars because this is as good as it gets, considering the area. Your only other choice for shopping in the Oxford/Anniston area is the Quintard Mall. While they offer different stores, the Quintard Mall is a lot older and run down, which makes shopping at the Exchange the better option if you have to choose. There are several stores here, including Target, Best Buy, TJMaxx, Kohl's, Old Navy, Bed Bath & Beyond, Petsmart, Rackroom Shoes, Kirkland's, Dick's Sporting Goods, Hobby Lobby, Lane Bryant, Ross, Dressbarn, Merle Norman, and a few more. If you're hungry, you can go to Olive Garden, Longhorn Steakhouse, Golden Corral, Mexico Lindo, or Arby's. There's also a 49 degrees (frozen yogurt) and a Dunkin' Donuts.

Malls always bring in the younger crowd, too, as a hang out. I took 3 of my 4 kids with me and ended up at the "new" arcade. The A/C was bust so it was hot. The big departments stores here are JCPenney, Sears, Dillards, and Goody's. There's also American Eagle, Aeropostale, Victoria's Secret, Bath & Body Works, Hallmark, Rue 21, Payless, Spencer's, Avon, Icing, Claire's, etc. Campus Spirit sells a lot of Alabama & Auburn items if you're into that. You can get a haircut at Mastercuts or Regis. Regis is more expensive and busier, but there's a reason for that. Moon Day Spa offers eyebrow threading & waxing for $10. You can also catch a movie at Amstar Cinemas, which is the only movie theater in the area. The food court doesn't offer a lot to choose from. Sbarros shut down recently. There's still a Chick-fil-A, Great American Cookies, Max Orient, and American Deli. I usually eat at American Deli, which has decent gyros & a really yummy peach punch.

The manager said that they carry the uniforms for many of the local police, fire, and EMT departments as well. They have a large selection of backpacks and hydration packs, as well as the water bladders that go with them. They also have some very nice military style aviation, leather jackets that are gorgeous. They also have military style clothing for children. If you're looking for some, I also found some things for hikers like shovels, canteens, and Paracord. I was also interested in their clearance section as it had many different items in it. Lastly, they have a large selection of knives and multi tools for you to choose from. I was also told they have a huge online store as well as an Amazon store where they do the majority of their business.

This is a great tactical and military supply store that I did not know existed! And it's HUGE!!…read more The staff is super friendly and extremely helpful. I have small feet and have not been able to find tactical boots for EMT clinicals. Every where I tried had the boots but not in a women's size 6. I mostly just got a shake of the head and was told that ' I wish we could help you'. Not here!! Even though they did not have the boots in my size, the employee researched what all brands they could get in my size and gave me prices with shipping dates! They were MUCH more helpful than anywhere else. The selection of the store is very good, also. If you are in the LEO, EMR, Fire, or militarily fields, this is your dream store!!
