The person that was the property manager at the time quit about two weeks after I reported this. So the supervisor (Liz) of the property managers started managing the property. I told her about the issue I was having and she said to me " I don't know anything about what happened before I got here" and that was it! She never even tried to find out. Then another property manager took over and I told the supervisor I don't want no one in my unit when I'm not present. The new property manager (Katherine Kelley) told me that this is not how that works, this is our property and you rent from us and proceeded to enter my unit while I was not home and I have proof!!!! I was so angry and felt very violated after I paid my rent every month!! I don't recommend them at all. I called to speak with (Devin the person over the supervisors. I left (Devin) a message and he never returned my call. The only person that was on the up and up with me was the maintenance (Victor) He was the only person I trusted from the company. Unfortunately, that same standard has not been maintained. One ongoing concern is the significant squirrel problem, which multiple tenants have reported. Residents have described repeated damage to vehicle engines and personal property, sometimes resulting in substantial expenses. Meanwhile, rents have increased dramatically without meaningful improvements to existing units. Apartments that rented for near $1,200 just a few years ago are now approaching $2,000 per month. While I cannot speak to the reasons behind these increases, the higher prices are difficult to justify given the property's aging infrastructure and limited amenities. It also seems the buildings must be paid off or close to it, given their age and the addition of a management company may be the reason for the increases. The two bedroom units have a single air conditioning unit not meant to cool the entire floor, no overhead lighting in the bedrooms, no granite counter tops and undersized laundry facilities. They re covered the cabinets in several units. However, the covers chip and fall apart with continued use. With just one washer and dryer shared among six units, frequent equipment breakdowns create additional inconvenience. The washer and dryer are very small and it often takes several dollars to get the washer to dry clothes fully. One load of laundry averages 6 dollars which is astronomical given the size and lack of efficiency of the machines. The buildings themselves would benefit from substantial modernization. There is no pool, clubhouse, activities, nothing that would justify rent near 2k. In my opinion, converting the units into individually owned condominiums could be a worthwhile alternative, particularly given their layouts and the opportunity it could provide residents to become homeowners. Residents don't even have their own parking spaces which has caused many issues for multiple people. It's disappointing to see a community that once offered such a positive living experience deteriorate while rents continue to climb. Based on the current condition, amenities, management, and pricing, I would not recommend renting here.

My unit was broken into too many times to count to rewire my apartment for the unit above me to steal electricity becuase her unit was the hub for the hacking network. Management lives in the community, enter uits without authorization and steal personal information for the hacking ring. This has become a project community dressed up in a pretty picture. There are over 440 units in the community and not 1 camera in the entire community. Not parking lot, common areas, entrances, etc. Rent at your own risk and if you do decide to live there, DO NOT RENT APARTMENT 109 in the 3725 building. Units 110, 109, 111 and 209 will steal electricity from you and make your life a living hell. Lastly, only the people in the hacking rings get to change units. I asked to change units when my unit was 1st broken into and was told no however, unit 108 has moved to the 2nd floor and unless you are a part of the hacking ring, no one will defend the wrongdoings that happen to you.
