I went along with it then went home. 2 weeks passed and I as the other lady stated here, I did not see any difference. I reached out to Jessica letting her know. I went back in and she again injected me. Once more nothing came of it. In fact things were worse. I again reached out and she initially said to come in and she will take another look. We'll, by now I was upset and cried over the state of my face considering I spent 1500.00 to get this done. She proceeded to ask me if I was suicidal. I found this to be out of line and unprofessional. I did not go there to get my head shrunk but Botox. She finally said I need to find another injector for she is not the right one. I had lost my job so this was all I had and I wanted to put my best foot forward when going out to seek employment but she would not fix the issues she created and I am out a lot of money and my face has more wrinkles than when I started. I would NOT reccomend this med spa to anyone. She will not fix the problem she created nor refund your money. DO NOT GO TO "Rewind Med Spa" in Longmont. RUN. !!!!!!!!!!!

I was given some great info and long-term planning in regard to my needs and desires. Even though I did not need a full removal treatment, she gave me a small treatment on a couple of facial spots. She was very honest and practiced with lots of integrity. I really appreciate that as I like to treat others with honesty in my own business. I was from out of town, but if I were a local, this would for sure be my go-to spot.

They had absolutely no care or concern for the loss of time. I'm not sure about most but id assume that would be something that was said during the initial appointment setup, or the confirmation phone call. There is a no show/ cancellation policy if we were to cancel however it's fine for them to cancel an appointment while we are sitting in their waiting room. All simply because of their lack of communication and customer service. Will never return
