WB tries hard, to be sure... but, is painfully slow and unnecessarily complicated at events, delivery takes forever, even mis-delivering prints when they are ready... WB doesn't do digital deliveries, just prints... so, if you want something to upload to your FB page or other digital media, you'd have to buy a large print, have it mailed to you, find a scanner, plug it in, scan the photo, and then upload. A practice very common in 2001. WB also has been less than responsive via emails or phone. Very unintuitive to use, slow and complicated... not a service I would recommend. Cheers!

My advice for Andrea: invest MUCH more time into your customer service and make sure you can deliver on your promises!! Be more proactive and responsive to your customers so they aren't always having to track you down for answers. My advice for anyone thinking about booking CTM: listen to your instincts if you have ANY reservations before booking, and DO NOT pay in full up front, even if there is a discount to do so.
