I'm big on supporting small local businesses and honestly I still will continue. However this company is a shame. People .... hear me loud and clear "don't waste your hard earned money or patience." If you enjoy being told.... you don't know how to be a "good" paying Customer, or you enjoy being robbed, or you just lik to be lied to over and over again.... This is the place for you. You are assigned a Assistant designer, Lauren, that makes no decisions. She never knows what's going on or how to handle a problem. But quickly tells you she is just doing the company a favor by helping out with your project. She doesn't want to be here, she rather be in California. Then their "contractor" (I believe to be their family member) Doug, shows up and really gives you a run for ur money. When he hires a outside contracting company. Soooooo you pay the decorators, you pay the contractor, then you pay his contractors that he hired to "actually do the work". Smh. And it got so bad I just had to say no more. Just take the money and go. After the contractor took the materials "I paid for" and took them with him for I guess another job. And the decorators response is "I recommended him yes, but you have to do your due diligence. You could have hired anyone but you picked him." Whaaat. Get out. Get out.

In one segment, you used before and after pictures of two different spaces which is very confusing and pointless. I was very excited seeing you on tv because I have been wanting to have my living room and dining room fixed up before the holidays but after looking at your website, I have decided against it. It looks like the only pictures you have of your work are drawings or pictures of an office space. The prices seem very low for someone who claims to do great work. You seem very full of yourself and I think you need to be humbled. I called your showroom to ask questions about the process and your employee Lauren sounded very annoyed and didn't have answers to any of my questions. She assured me that she would talk to you and get back to me but I never heard back. Not a good way to do business at all. I will be finding someone else to do the work for me and will be sure to tell my family and friends about how unprofessional your business is ran.

They installed all…read morethis tile and when some of them cracked (25 cracked tiles) they blamed the quality of the tile (it was home depot) and it was not their fault. Royal Plus pointed us at Leclaire flooring. Their remedy was they would redo the work at cost. We did business with them when they were OC floors - over 20K over a couple of projects - but we will never do business again as we had to chase them down to get an answer on a remedy. Be wary of doing business with these people.
