I have never spoken to Brett, always get some new associate, of which, they always seem undertrained and unable to complete the simplest tasks. Like removing 1 vehicle and adding another. The one time i did file a claim for home burglary, loss of approx 3k worth of stuff. I was told, after waiting 48hrs for them to return my call, that "they were not there for my inconveniences, they were only there for catastrophes. And that there was nothing they could do for me" they then proceeded to upsale me more coverage while in the same phone call. The nerve! I explained that after 10 years and over 25k in home insurance premiums paid, no claims, that the best they could do was provide no service, other than to offer me more worthless services. Unreal the nerve of these people. Cannot say anything good about my experience with this agent. Honestly it would have been a real challenge for them to provide LESS service, over the course of the last 11 years and over 50k spent (between auto and home) on their services. Just complete crap.
