No one like having to deal with an accident or mishap involving your car especially when it was parked but I found what is probably the best auto body and repair shop in Orange County. My car was covered by the other driver's AAA insurance. AAA and the Legacy Body Shop team did an amazing job processing the claim and completing the repairs before Thanksgiving. I was in Valencia and decided to stop by this office as it was convenient at the time. I was quoted a dollar amount for the card I added, then received the statement and it was higher. I thought "No big deal". I'll call to check why it's higher. I called this office to speak to the rep that helped me that day and the voice mail said he was out of the office a couple of days and to speak to another gentleman. So I called and this guy said "yeah John Doe" hahaha will be back next week. Ok, I called the following week and his voice mail was still the same "I'll be back Tuesday", I was like "shouldn't he be back?" I called and left messages on both extensions and still no response. As I was writing this review I received the call back. I just don't understand why I had to wait so long. I figured another office would be able to help me so I called an office in Reseda and the automated system went retarded on me, I figured "let me call the location on Chatsworth and guess what? The retarded automated system is everyone. After I received the call back my issue was resolved, but in the modern world, why would anyone have to wait two weeks to get something resolved? I'm just saying.

I could tell I was annoying them by calling to cancel. This was unfortunate because I didn't think they would be like that as they were more than eager to sign me up and get me coverage and take my money. It puts a bad taste in my mouth when companies are less than nice and/or helpful when you need to cancel.

AAA Insurance paid a "No Fault" Comprehensive claim for us, a little over a year ago, after a piece…read moreof metal flew out of the back of a truck and hit our front end. The front camera was damaged, which caused all of the caution lights on the dash to light up. AAA chose the repair shop. AAA paid for the repairs. No increase in my Premium. Great. 14 months later, while driving home from work, all caution lights lit up again. We took it to our Dealership, who told us that the cause was a faulty front camera- that wasn't installed properly. I contacted Sevak, my AAA claim adjuster, who said he would contact the Dealership. A week later, after hearing nothing back from my adjuster, we just received a call from our Dealership, stating that the claim was denied. AAA denied their own claim. LOL! No apology. No explanation. Just denied. We canceled our insurance with AAA, today. And, we highly recommend that you avoid them like the plague. TERRIBLE customer service. Worst EVER. The minimum stars Yelp allows for rating, is one. My ACTUAL rating is 0 stars. Thanks for nothing, AAA. NEVER again. SHAME ON YOU.
