I have visited Lemus insurance since I started driving. Done my taxes there every year. I was not aware of their immigration services but my friend recommended their services. They helped me with my green card applications and guided me through the process with their best knowledge to help me become a resident and now my application for citizenship.I appreciate their value. Not good, after my appointment was changed 3 times, they again were going to change the person who was doing our taxes and at the point we were out of there, besides the fact that they still have chains at their doors, not for us... the girls at the front door are way to high on the small power they have. If you need an appointment on time with nice welcoming people go to -quality tax services - on Lyons too, they took us right after we walked away from Lemus. They are horrible. I've filed my taxes a couple times with them and have had problems with them. One year they told me not to file taxes because I was living out of the country temporarily (wrong information). Another year they made a mistake and made me come back to sign something. I wanted to do it electronically but they told me I had to go in person. Then when I got there they told me couldn't take walk ins which is ridiculous because I had to inconvenience myself to go back because of their mistake. They don't return phone calls either. I have used their service for two years now. I thought something was fishy last year when they did a funny thing between my sole proprietorship and my individual tax filing. They didn't have to split my taxes in half. (According to my CPA friend) Yesterday I asked someone to call me back so that I could ask a question regarding 1099 forms. No one called me back! #BadBusinessPractice I showed my last year's tax filing to my previous CPA who told me that they are not doing things correctly. And that the way they are doing things would probably flag the IRS to audit my taxes because of the way they are filing. I was going to utilize their service again this year but after their neglect to follow up on that phone call and their sloppy filings, I am no longer giving this company my business! read more

Ok...,Let me start by saying that when this business first opened under the management of the actual Julio Lemos it was one the best places to go and get your taxes done. Now days, not so much. Not only do they forgot to file my taxes on time and lost me about $500 dollars, but also did the same to two of my friends I sent to their offices. All they said was "sorry," like that takes care of the fact that you just cost me $500 dollars and on top of that charge me for your services like you actually did your job. On addition to this situation I also get calls from two friends that I recommended to your offices telling me that you also forgot to file their taxes on time and also make them lost money. I do not know what kind of business are these people running here, but I know one think for sure, I will never set foot on this place again. Make yourself a favor and stay away from this place or you will regret it. read more
