I completely understand the struggles of a new business, however when you do not acknowledge your mistakes and you treat anyone as if they are inadequate. It's not a good look for the business! Rita shows a beautiful smile in the beginning however, I didn't find her to be very patient or polite under pressure. She's overbooked, and is holding to many hats. It seems to me like she disregards those she seems are invalid. I have observed her behavior towards, others, to myself and kids . It isn't professional at all. It's unfortunate because I really enjoy the curriculum. It's sad that we have allowed this beautiful store front business owner, to teach our kids. I would rather give my business to a private tutor, another Mathnasium or someone that genuinely loves kids. Please watch your kids, ask them how it's going! Pop in! Don't just drop them off and feel like the magic is going to happen. Customer service and how you treat others is essential in our kids development.
