The manager would not help us and that we needed to make an appointment through him. He wouldn't even talk to the sales person who was right there. The store was totally empty. He said the next slot was in a few days. I needed to go out of town so we had to go to an independent phone dealer, wait 45 minutes till they got back from, and pay on top of the typical activation fees extra to get our phones. they also sold us a phone case that broke right away. Next time I had a problem I went to the Davenport store. Extremely nice people.

Customer service is awful. Broke my phone and filed an insurance claim, was told the replacement…read morephone would be in in 4 days. It is now 6 days and still no phone. Went into the store the day the phone was supposed to be in and they rudely told me they would call when it arrived. If someone would have done their job thoroughly they would have noticed that the claim was never even sent through, not my error, theirs. So now 2 days later after I call to find out where my phone is, the store associate tells me he's to busy I will have to come in. I live 25 miles away and already did that once. So no, I'm not driving in to walk out empty handed. Called again to figure out really what is going on and the same associate told me He is busy and when I call I am taking away time that he could be looking up what is going on with the phone. I was in the office for 4 hours and then it didn't work. So I went back with the watch and sat almost 3 hours after waiting my turn then the manager took over. Guess what? Went home and it still didn't work. I canceled the service. If you have a billing problem you get connected to people in the Philippines and although they are very polite between their accents snd the background noise in the call center with all the people talking you can't hear. If we need to add more services In the future (getting an additional phone for my granddaughter) then I will switch companies because I can't deal with that nightmare again.
