I went over that amount the 1st month and they slow down your service so I increased to 85 GBPs and the service is so weak I only get 1 or 2 bars. You can't watch a show without it stopping and loading several times a minute! No wonder I used so many GBPs it takes forever to finish a show. I called several times and finally got thru to Tech Support. They took a report and got an engineer involved. It's been 3 weeks and the engineer has yet to resolve the problem. A Tech Support agent finally told me their internet service is for occasional users who also have a US Cellular phone! He encouraged me to try AT&T but of course I still have to pay for the box for 2 yrs. if you need internet service, DONT go to US Cellular!

We have this giant bed at the Ranch. Solid oak & walnut, it weighs over 600 pounds it's sold as a rock. You cannot break the "Buddha bed." haha. Anyway, I had him down! I was the Cowboy this time & he was the Indian. I was about to hog tie him when he went for my guns... He pounced me, bounced me & bounced his phone right off the bed onto our new tiled floors. Shattered into a thousand pieces. His Phone "Died Suddenly. Must have been vaccinated. Anyway, so by morning, we had to find emergency phone repair. 580 to the rescue! Sir Hubbers phone diagnosis: Phone needed a new front, a new back & a new battery. It was completely destroyed lol Hubby picked out a green phone case, as he had a green case initially. They told him to come back in 4 hours to pick up his new fixed phone. Something didn't go right with the green case & they didn't have anymore so they just gave him a gold one instead. We came back & they told us that bc he needed all three pieces, front, back & battery, they gave him a discount on the 3 items, plus they had run out of the green covers, so they gave him the Gold one. Fast Forward a week: Sir Hubbers LOVES his new Gold phone & it works perfect! Sir Hubbers is so very happy with it. OuiOui. Awesome phone service & very fast! Next time we are at the Ranch, we will have to play "Goldfinger 007" the spy who loved me.. No phones/tech allowed. Safety First. OuiOui. Highest Recommendations.

Talking with AT&T on the phone got me sorted successfully, with the person on the phone aghast at the ignorance of the people at this Ardmore location. And that isn't all --- there were a couple of elderly men in the store having some difficulties with their phones. I overheard the hideous things a young woman working there said about them. Disastrous, rude, horrifying. Avoid this place at all costs.
