After it's completion, I was told the black ink inside would fade after 2 months. It never did. When I contacted the company, I was first told that they wanted me to love my tattoo. However, when I went in for a consultation I was told that it wouldn't fade AND the bricks were too small to add names AND the artist who did it had been fired. So, they offered to color the bricks red and list the names underneath the wall. Oh yeah, they also offered to give me a credit...as if I would let them touch me ever again! It's not what I asked for and the only way I could love this tattoo is with a refund so I could get the wall removed and start over. DON'T TRUST A WORD GEMINI SAYS!

Just got my eyebrow done and everything started great, the piercer couldn't get the ball threaded…read moreand lost the hole. So long story short, my eyebrow was tapered three times plus the initial piercing. The jewelry was $35 and was still charged $60. I was in the shop about 40 minutes of my eyebrow just being dug into. The ball was also dropped on the dusty ground (I'm talking the entire base boards full of dust bunnies) and was cleaned (not sterilized) and reused. Nothing was autoclaved. I would be surprised if that doesn't get infected. I should've just stopped the process the first time the piercing was yanked out.

I am very annoyed. I went into icing today hoping to get my ears pierced. I saw that there were a…read morebunch of online bookings open but I figured I could just do walk in being there were many open spots. I drove two hours to get here. I then walked in the gal that was working didn't greet us. I stood up by the desk for five minutes at least before I got someone to talk to. She then told me that she was fully booked in a rude tone. I understand that she probably wanted to go home but they still had two hours till they close. I then looked at the online booking after we left and there were still numerous spots.Regardless this is her job and frankly she is terrible at it. I do not recommend this place if you are looking to get any piercings.

The MANAGER was very rude and didn't know what she was doing! She kept trying to return my entire purchase and unwrapped every single item that I didn't want to return and said she had to do the full refund...I told her I was pressed for time and I just wanted the rings swapped and she just ignored me and continued to hit the wrong buttons and cancel and mess up some more. Another sales associate tried to help and she just ignored her and continued to screw everything up. I even told her I was going to call corporate and nothing left her mouth. I left WITHOUT the rings my daughter wanted for her prom and will NEVER return to this store. Never once have I had someone so incompetent.
