This. Place. Makes. Tasty. Sushi.
Ok, so here's the deal: the food doesn't look particularly high-quality. In fact, the presentation kind of looks like pre-made sushi at a grocery store. Note that everything in their display window are hand-rolls. (Not the bitty 'set of 6' style, just one big honker.)
They have a ton of churn during the lunch hour, so they need to prepare all the fish / rolls starting at 9am. That's why there are several meters of sushi sitting there by 11am.
But it all tastes good. There was one with tuna and basil that was *UNBELIEVABLY GOOD* and easily worth the cost... it really wasn't that expensive.
