Meet the Business Owner: Bonnie P.

Bonnie Peracca is the local owner/President of RUSH Personnel Services, Inc. A true native to the area, Bonnie grew up in rural Tehama County, graduated from Red Bluff High School and attended Shasta College before starting an outstanding sales career for the multi-national consumer product giant Norelco. Bonnie eventually settled in Butte County and established RUSH Personnel. Bonnie began the company as a personnel recruiting agency, and started offering temporary employment placements and services in 1987. RUSH is a certified Woman Owned Business which has continued to grow and expand throughout Northern California, with current office locations in Chico, Redding, Yuba City and Colusa. Bonnie insists on keeping up with the latest technology and software, including an interactive website for the hundreds of satisfied clients who hire thousands of employees per year from an available pool of thousands of job seekers.
