The first time I went for a colour, I was asked to come in beforehand for a colour consultation and skin test. I was really impressed with their thoroughness. I have even been to the training days at the salon and, although a hair cut/colour on these days takes a bit longer, all trainees are well supervised by the manager Tony and never, have I had any cause for complaint regarding my hair cut.
