What you will get is access to extremely knowledgable personal trainers (usually with relevant degrees), the newest machines (including Kinesis), some old school machines and free weights as well, and very clean shower and sauna. The prices are reasonable, and you are able to workout at your own pace and in peace. There is a separate "Kid's park" playroom, in case you need it. It's not the largest gym in the world, but it is very nice.

At first I was a bit puzzled by the unconventional name and small differences on the rules but after playing the game it didn't matter much. I'm a big fan on the computer game where the idea is based on (basically you're locked in a room for an hour and need to solve clues to escape) and was amazed by the quality of the set's decor and the difficulty of the puzzles. It is definitely worth the experience. You have just over an hour to 'exit' the room but don't be sad if you don't, the crew will happily let you out. They're friendly that way and will go over the puzzles giving you hints along the course of the game. Recommend it for a pre night out with a small group of friends (up to four, but three would prob be best), and it is a bit out of town or the busy areas of Kalio, so bring your map to find it ;) nevertheless there is a tram connection just nearby.
