When a young bride has to cancel her wedding due to a pandemic, you should refund all of her money. You did no work and you treated this couple unfairly. I CANNOT say enough about the amazing experience I had with Ella…read more I'll admit, I was SUPER nervous and self conscious about doing a boudoir shoot. I've never done anything like this before. I came OUT feeling literally like a different person mentally. I honestly see my body in a whole new light. I love this body I have and appreciate all it can do. My self confidence and esteem is just over the top. I feel myself smiling so much more! You're thinking, 'over a photo shoot'? YES, over a photo shoot. And I hadn't even seen the pictures. Ella makes you feel like one in 100 million. Like you're the only thing that matters! She's sweet, funny, patient and so very kind. I cannot thank you all enough for making me feel like a goddess and such a lady. EVERYONE needs to do this, at least once! Thank you from the bottom of my heart. P.S. my Photos brought me to my knees.

I found Ella through my wedding reception venue. Angel Park Golf Course provides package deals and they recommended Ella Gagiano Studios to photograph our wedding. You begin by meeting with Ella and you can discuss with her your vision and expectations of your special day. She will let you know what is included in the Angel Park package, as well as her own studio bundles she offers her clients. What was included in my package was the: -engagement shoot (at Mt. Charleston) -1 print and 6 digital copies - 8 hours day of wedding photography - all the proofs in a USB - an online album to share with friends/family - A BEAUTIFUL album which you work on together to curate the perfect set of photos to remember your wedding day forever! Depending on your budget, you can add more time, purchase more prints, etc. Her photography is known for their beautiful lighting. She has a studio in Town Square and I believe Tivoli Village in Summerlin. Communication via e-mail was professional and it was always easy to get in contact with her anytime I had a question or needed something.

The invoice was sent and paid 11 days before the rental with a receipt. They TOOK THE MONEY and made an agreement on paper. I showed up on the day of the rental and the gate was closed and no one was answering the phone. Every time you tried and call you get a pre recorded message about delays due to short staffing and then it sends you to voicemail. I emailed Bobbie about being at their gate. She did get back to me within 10 mins stating, I didn't have a rental. She claimed they called and emailed and didn't hear back from me and moved on. Triple crown took my money 11 days prior, never sent a refund or even try to contact me. I sent Bobbie the receipt that she had sent me in an email along with three other follow up emails about trying to get this resolved just to get no response. No phone call, nothing from them. I would never recommend anybody to this company due to the blatant terrible customer service.
