Car caught fire they put it on facebook with pictures. i asked that they remove it and they refused. wrote to their or department witch blew it off saying that it's is good for everyone to know. Then when fire was out i was made aware that is was gonna get bill so i should sign up for their service. So i did still got a bill. Now i have two bills. I tried to speak with every one from fire chef to billing dept. Only solution they offered wasPAY the Bill or we will send to collections. So people that came to help ran up my bill then used my misfortune to publish how great they are with no regard to privacy. They are not out to help only add to their business. Beware. This company knows their customers have no choice but to sign up for their services, so they treat you like you should be glad they let you pay them. They send a bill every year with an amount and a due date, no itemization or basis for the cost that is shown and it grows every year. If I owe the power company, they will tell me how the cost was computed, the IRS will tell me how the cost is computed, but Rural Metro thinks you should just pay them whatever they invoice you for and you don't need to know how they came up with that amount. I received a bill and when calling to pay a customer service rep named Fab was absolutely aggressive and unprofessional, I just needed help and it seems like she was having a bad day and was annoyed with me calling, No need to give people anxiety if you don't want to take calls take that up with your manager not us! I'm not even sure if her name was Fab she probably didn't want to give me actual name to avoid getting in trouble. read more

The customer service/billing office in Scottsdale is absolutely horrible! They have charged me the wrong amount 3 months in a row. Every time I call to correct the issue there is no apology, only a promise that it won't happen the next time and when I get the automatic deduction taken from my account it's the wrong amount once again! Twice I've asked for a supervisor to call me to no avail. You can tell that they do not care one bit about you, or how much they charge you. read more

Rural Metro in San Tan Valley costs more every year. I never see them. I call there and can NOT get any assistance. I'm disgusted with the rising costs and the poor response and lousy attitudes. read more

If i could write negative stars i would. I just got a $700 bill "flat rate" fee for coming to a rural area in az for my car accident. i was told that they would not provide procedure codes to my insurance company and that i had to pay the bill myself. in process of fighting this claim right now.
