I needed him to make personal contact with my family member who lived out of state. This service was provided quickly and efficiently, with photos of the individual. Dan was very polite and very easy to work with. He also billed me what I considered to be a reasonable amount. Overall, I could not be more pleased with Dan's services, and I can recommend him highly!

I am an avid paranormal fan, and wanted a hands on experience for ghost hunting. I was worried we…read morewould be presented with "parlor tricks." However, this experience went beyond my expectations. We did the 8:30-11:30 tour, and was grouped with about 10 other people. The locations are large, and there was enough space for individual investigation at each location. I actually found the most incredible evidence when we investigated as a group by asking questions together using a spirit box. Clinton, our guide, was genial & knowledgable. The locations to drive to were not too far, and driving in the dark was a lot of fun! We were given a run down of all the devices we could use, and I had no issues wanting to use whatever equipment I wanted at the locations despite there being many people. I would definitely book again with this company. Well worth the money for three hours, and able to go to locations with so much history we wouldn't have otherwise known about.

I decided to update my review based solely on the recent response from the business manager…read more Although I did not decrease the stars, I would like to add to the review to ensure those reading are well informed. To respond to reviews posted over nine months ago by accusing honest reviewers of being "competitors" and implying that we didn't take the tour because she can't find our names in her tour list FROM OVER NINE MONTHS AGO is ridiculous, immature, and unprofessional. If you read almost any review that gives less than 5 stars, there are accusations from the manager of us not being actual customers. I encourage everyone to read those responses and decide if this is a business you truly want to support. To prove I was on the tour, SPOILER ALERT, the "Brooke" entity is at the Eisenhower Bridge and was supposedly murdered, according to Clinton - although, research found no documentation of this incident. Also, if the company has exclusive access to 54 acres that are next to the battlefield, then why did we set up on a picnic table under the shelter just to listen to ghost stories? We were only permitted to walk around the trail that borders the dog park and I assure you, that area was NOT 54 acres.

My family members spoke to Chris several times about posting a bail for another family member. He…read moreoriginally quoted us one amount needed to post bond with a payment plan for the rest($2k). Once we got the money for the down payment [half], he switched up and said he needed more. Two days later when we got the additional money, Chris stated that he wanted my daughter, me, and my wife to sign for the bail. This didn't make any sense to me, especially knowing how the business works. I make more than 75k total bond by myself. The final straw was when he stated that he wanted us to sign so that our house could be used as the collateral, which was never discussed. If I wanted to use my house for collateral then I would not use a bondsman or pay them $3,750. I quickly dismissed him, especially given his unprofessional and arrogant disposition. I highly recommend that anyone needed this type of service be very cautious about doing business with this company, they will take advantage of you if you are not knowledgeable.
