This is the worst ever company I have ever know! From the…read moreowner Dean, to the crazy "technician" Kent, to the liars front desk Christina... 1) The front desk woman was pretty sure it was the cable issue on the very first phone call and sent guys to confirm that and sent estimate 2) They took 7 hours to " work" in our yard via chatting with each other, walking around, doing nothing to wait till the end of work. The only positive thing they did is ASKING FOR CHECK many times during work!!! 3) It was broken with the exact same issue as before within 36 HOURS after they left and they promised with warrenty on the signed form. 4) So we called them and they said it is actually sensor problem again. - WHY THEY DIDN'T SAY THAT IN ADVANCE? Because they just want to directly sell the cable and earn two times of service fee. - HOW THAT COULD BE HAPPENED ? Here is the perfect excuse they found- The crazy tech guy, Kent yelled at our office saying we said it was the cable issue, so they came to replace that. He said don't trust their front desk's word. WHAT IS WRONG WITH HIM? How a client would know the exact issue of a scale if their guy didn't mention and confirm that before? 5) They promised to fix it the next Monday, their owner did come but to the warehouse, and then just left saying nobody's talking to him. WHAT WRONG WITH HIM? Our warehouse said waiting for a moment and he said he would go to the office, then just left and blame on us?! Once inside I took a quick look at all the tools available for rent (lawn mowers, sanders, paint supplies, even a kitchen aid mixer) and I quickly made a trek to the back of the library to the seed collection. The tool library is providing free seeds for gardening and the selection is enormous. I grabbed several tomato varieties, peppers, herbs, and a handful of wildflowers. Everything is free but there is a suggested limit of 10 packets per person. I'm excited to start gardening and very grateful for this program!

This was the second time I rented large power equipment from BI Rental, and was even a better…read moreexperience than four years ago because when the scissor lift was delivered, the deliveryman helped me determine very quickly that it was absolutely not the right equipment for what I wanted to do, and he immediately took it back and brought out the correct equipment, which was a Niftylift self-drive boom lift. I just had to pay the difference between the two rentals, and the bucket boom was fantastic, and allowed me to safely and easily do a lot of tree trimming and repair work that would have been incredibly dangerous with a ladder or on the roof. The delivery cost was more than reasonable and saved me a large amount of time. After the deliveryman spent ten minutes running me through the operation, it took me about twenty minutes on my own to get comfortable with the equipment. It more than paid for itself by saving me either hospital and insurance costs, or funerary expenses on my family's part. Just as with last time, the staff at BI Rental are all about efficiency and making sure the customer gets the greatest value out of their rental.
