They clearly were not. We had 4 pair of shoes that would have totaled close to $400, along with several name brand clothing items. He would not make eye contact with me and was extremely poor in his overall presentation--his statement when walking away was "I don't know what to tell you". The poor cashier looked shocked and apologized over and over, saying "I'm so sorry, he's the main manager and there's no one else above him or I would call someone else". I will NEVER patron this store again!

Allegedly to prevent fraud a phone call was made to my residence to confirm that I in fact had purchased the items and because Academy Sports got a answering machine instead of a live person they canceled the order. Further review of my answering machine verified no call from Academy Sports ever took place. Therefore I had to place my order through Amazon. Academy Sports has the absolute worst customer service. I will NEVER purchase another item through this company. I believe she is the store manager and this woman is a walking Fabletics model. She was helpful, made recommendations, shared so much about the brand and products. I signed up for a membership and cannot wait to attend future events. I have never tried these workout clothes but they are amazing. Super compression in leggings, yes, I need that. And shirts have such a cute fit. I'm ready to go back and see what else I can add to my wardrobe. Giselle, you are such an ambassador and made my visit incredible. This particular location is inside of fern bowl located off Bardstown road in the fern creek community of Louisville. When my oldest daughter joined mercy bowling team this year they set her up With a a new ball and equipment that fit her skills level. Overall I haven't really had a bad experience at any of the Wolfe's pro shops and this one is no different.
