Here they offer garlic french fries, garlic mushroom & onion bread bowl, garlic pesto pasta and the garlic maple brown sugar ice cream. We opted getting both the garlic fries and garlic fries with bacon. Both didn't have a strong garlicky taste like the ones that you get at the county fair. There was no garlic aftertaste. As for the garlic maple brown sugar ice cream, you can hardly taste the garlic in it. It mostly tasted like the maple brown sugar. Besides the food from the cali garlic alley, they have other food vendors and also a few vendors selling items as well. There is a pageant show, cooking demos, the show & shine car show, photography exhibit, splash zone for the kiddos, monster truck rides and pony rides. Overall, we've been to better festivals and this one was not worth going to. It's their 2nd year for this festival and it was lacking. Hopefully next year would be much better but unfortunately we won't be attending the next garlic festival event.

Maybe it will get better in the future since this was the first time Stockton hosting the Garlic festival. I'm a garlicholic and to be honest with you, this spot did not fulfill my addiction. When I left the festival I got in my car and drove to tue nearest grocery store to buy garlic. Lol jk It sounded funny tho. I honestly didn't see all the garlic foods except for garlic fries. I didn't see the ropes of garlic for sale, the elephant garlic for sale. It just seemed boring. Yea it was koo because there was pavement and we didn't have to walk on dirt and get all dusty. There was lots of stuff missing but like I said, it was Stocktons first time hosting so hopefully in the future they get better. They did have a room with like one artistic picture every 4 feet away from the next picture in a dark room and they did have a car show with some dope rides and also had some actual rides for the kids to get on but for me it still wasn't as exciting as the original Garlic festival.

We got lucky and were still able to get some gyros, hummus, and iced coffee. I got the chicken gyro, and it was pretty good, but not the best I've had (probably because they were rushing to get as many out as possible). My husband wanted to try the coffee, and I'm glad he did, it tasted really good. I'm not usually a cherry-anything type of person, but the sour cherry Loux made me question myself because it was so refreshing on a warm day. I was disappointed with the hummus and pita though, the pita was cold and dry, and the hummus didn't have much flavor, which is a bummer because I love hummus. Definitely skip that one. We might try again next year on the first day to see if it's better, but overall, I'm glad we got to check it out!

Every year their admission cost goes up. I remember when it was $2/person. This year it was $5. I appreciate that they always reserve extra parking spots w.cones for the folks who are handicapped. The food is obviously festival priced. I do wish they'd introduce new Greek items because it's the same food every year. Our go-to items include: iced Greek coffee, gyros, tons of pastries inside the hall, & loukoumades (Greek donut balls w/honey and Walnuts). I waa craving a baklava sundae. Its vanilla ice cream with a crushed baklava piece, topped with whipped cream and crushed Walnuts. Unfortunately that's the last time I'll be getting it because I almost broke my tooth by biting into a Walnut shell that was in the nut topping!!! The live Greek music is great and made me feel like we were back in Athens, having dinner in Plaka at a sidewalk taverna.

They had a lot more to offer from food vendors, regular misc vendors and activities for the kids. Plenty of parking (however pin your car and remember what lot you're in!) I didn't realize there were 2 entrances. We entered in the front, yet when we were leaving we walked out through the back and didn't recognize or notice until we got all the way out that our car was on the entirely opposite side. Luckily they allowed us to re-enter so we didn't have to walk around. It was definitely packed, parking can be paid with Apple Pay! Purchase tickets online a few days before the fair for the best deals! I can't wait for next year to come back and enjoy some sun, rides, and carnival foods.

There were too many people to enjoy anything there were no seating for me and my family when we wanted to watch the performance. The lines were very long for absolutely everything except the food and drinks which constantly made us give up and walk away. Everyone was scattered everywhere and it was hard for my family to stay together. I loved the idea and concept of the grape festival but honestly wish there was some sort of capacity limit. Also. My daughter was waiting in line for numerous rides and they were telling her she was either too short or too tall to rides and my niece is actually one inch taller than my daughter and was let on rides. Over all I just wish there was a capacity limit so we could've enjoyed the festival more throughly.

My buddy purchased the event tickets and parking ticket online. We were coming from Oakland and arrived to the festival around 2pm. We weren't stuck in traffic for a long period of time compared to other folks and it did not take long for us to get parking. Upon arriving, there were people directing traffic to the parking lot. Once we arrived to the lot, the guys at the lot told us they cannot honor our online parking ticket. They told us that their parking lot is private land, unaffiliated with the event, and that we need to talk to the "organizers" for the online parking. My buddy ended up paying $20. When we arrived to the festival, the line was long to enter and there wasn't any staff or signs to inform people that there was two lines. Once we entered, we found out that there was only ONE crawdad booth at this "Crawdad" festival. We came here strictly for crawdads and waited in line for 3 hours and purchased 8lbs of crawdads only for it to taste like someone who was drunk in the mud. Oh wait, the chef was literally drinking while cooking! No wonder it didn't taste good. I thought I was going to taste some of the best crawdads I've ever had, but nope. It was utterly disappointing and majority of our time was spent standing in line and eating 8lbs of disgusting crawdads. Would I go back again? Sure but I wouldn't waste my time for one single Crawdad booth. They should at least invite local Crawdad/Cajun restaurants and ask them to be a vendor. The point of a "Crawdad" festival is to be themed out with crawdad vendors and festivities! If the "organizer" is reading this, take notes! Shoutout to the local bar with the karaoke joint, that was the best entertainment we've had.
