Instead of any reasonable solution like putting it in the USPS mail for $5 or less the solution was a refund or driving over 8 hours for a tiny piece of metal and a tiny spring. I don't care about the $3... I care that the they made no effort to understand or solve the issue. This company doesn't care about my return business. I was never greeted,and I felt like I was being watched and followed. I even left, and came back with my purchase (almost exchanged it), and the same people who I felt were watching me, literally raced outside the door before I even came in. When I went inside the store, those people came in the store. The store is fine, but I think everyone needs to know that not everyone is trying to or wanting to steal the merchandise. Especially not every black person. But overall I love what I purchased, and I'll continue to shop here...just not at this one in particular.

She offers to find whatever I need or to ship it from the Little Rock store for me. She even helped me to get my chacos adjusted to my feet! I've always had wonderful experiences with all of the employees here but she takes exceptionally good care of me. Gene Lockwoods is my go-to place for everything.. especially at Christmas time! They have north faces, uggs, toms, chacos, cc beanies... you name it! 10/10 would recommend.
