I was never greeted,and I felt like I was being watched and followed. I even left, and came back with my purchase (almost exchanged it), and the same people who I felt were watching me, literally raced outside the door before I even came in. When I went inside the store, those people came in the store. The store is fine, but I think everyone needs to know that not everyone is trying to or wanting to steal the merchandise. Especially not every black person. But overall I love what I purchased, and I'll continue to shop here...just not at this one in particular.

I've always had wonderful experiences with all of the employees here but she takes exceptionally good care of me. Gene Lockwoods is my go-to place for everything.. especially at Christmas time! E- Bikes were excellent and made our first mountain biking experience truly epic--they ran so smooth, held battery life all day, and the tires were great going over the various terrain on the mountain--never did we feel unstable. Easy to ride, and were so beneficial for those uphill sections!! Trevor set us up with 2 e-bikes to take mountain biking in the Northwoods trail system. He made sure all parts were working well and in good shape before giving them to us. Helmets were included with the rental price. He gave clear instructions on how to use them (our first time using e-bikes). He even watched us practice in the bike park across the street and gave tips/recommendations for the trails. (The location of the bike shop right across the street from the park is excellent). We made it to Hot Springs after store hours and Trevor still came back to his shop to set us up. Same for returning the bikes.
