He then made physical contact with me using his body while forcing us toward the exit. During the incident, a woman named Susan (co owner) also came toward me aggressively enough that another person had to restrain her. What bothered me most was how quickly the situation escalated when we were simply looking for seating. I would have had no problem leaving if someone calmly explained that we needed to leave or that there was an issue, but the hostility and physical confrontation were completely unnecessary. I'm sharing this review because customers should be able to enter an establishment, look for seating, and be treated respectfully.
