He is so friendly and personable and I feel very comfortable with him. We have great chats over our 30 minute appointments. Lifetime isn't that much more organized tbh...Mike is awesome, Sandy is awesome along with the receptionist Cindy. Jay is the man so are the other trainers and staff... don't be shy.. it's an mma gym testosterone is flowing through out the place... the staff is very welcoming and will wave and say hi to you from across the gym lol, be respectful ask questions they have class schedules printed out for weight classes and mma classes, your not limited to how many classes you can do a day, do all of them if you want. The gym is great the people are friendly the work outs are intense the price is very fair compared to how many classes they offer, they have messages Chiro... the ONLY thing that you have to get used to is the parking its shared with a couple other stores in the plaza and i got a parking ticket once... it is what it is. They have a big change room with like 4-5 showers a sauna if your not used to a loud environment it can be intimidating.. get used to it, nobody's watching you, we all train at the same gym at the end of the day the guys are cool. Its pretty clean but there's alot of traffic in the change room with all the classes going on, the cleaner is always doing something never see him just sitting around, he tries to organize disinfect the mats theres only so much you can do. It took a while to book my initial appointment, but it was worth it. All I want is to get my back cracked, I got that and more. In our first consultation, he checked my mobility and movement and assessed that I have a mild form of mechanical pain. He created a treatment plan of 5 sessions and included exercises that would help develop my core to prevent injury during sport/workouts and improve my posture. He went beyond that by providing a brief high-pressure targeted deep massage at the beginning of the first and each subsequent session. I wouldn't say it's relaxing, but I love the pressure. He'll adjust based on your tolerance though my motto is no pain, no gain, so I take it full on. We worked mainly on my upper, lower and mid-back. *TIP* If you want to work on your back, wear a tank top instead of a strappy sports bra. I've been working on those three exercises he taught me each day. I would say they are easy enough to add to your routine and incorporate daily. Oh and it's always wonderful when a clinic charges directly to my insurance, saves all the pain of admin work.

You can also purchase compression socks designed to your specifications (ie. compression, material), braces, bands and more. They also do massage services although I haven't tried. Great staff all around, and my pain from my injury has significantly improved since I've committed to the treatment sessions. Injuries a long and slow process, but trust the process and trust the team!
