When the rugs arrived they were of a sub-standard quality with lumps of glue and uneven rows of sisal and didn't look like the (very small) photo they had online, which was very misleading. They are definitely cheap imported rugs not worth the $669 we paid. I have now returned the rugs and are having to chase Rugs N Timber for a refund who of course are saying they feel the rugs are fine - since when are rugs with lumps of dried glue and uneven stitching "fine"?! Whatever you do don't buy from The Rug Machine on Ebay!
