I can't say enough good things about Tim. I used him for my very expensive antique rug years ago,…read moreand after my beloved frenchie, Lulu, passed, I decided to get all the ruggables cleaned. She was the best girl and never had ONE accident. Carpets never smelled nor looked stained - everyone told me it was a waste of money because my house was always so clean and ruggables are inexpensive. Still, I remembered how kind Tim was and thought - it couldn't hurt. While the before / after pictures of the rugs look about the same ... the black water does not lie. That's from my rugs! I could hear the guys in my bathroom shouting in disbelief - they were shocked when it poured out that color because the rugs didn't look dirty in the first place. It just shows you WHY you really should get rugs professionally cleaned. (FYI No harmful chemicals were used nor poured in toilet.) Beyond the excellent service - Tim remembered my girl Lulu - and even stories about my late husband. I was beyond touched. I had only met him once, and he's had hundreds of customers since that time, yet it was like he had just stopped by last week. He and his helper both took the time to not only do a fabulous job, but also connect on a personal level. As sad as I was, I felt better when they left. Absolutely recommend 10000%

I scheduled for the following week at 9 am to have my all of my bedrooms, hallway and stairs done. Lee arrived promptly at 9 and proceeded to start working. He walked around to look at the condition of my carpets, explained why I had black stains on the carpet that was close to the baseboard, and what I could reasonable expect in terms of cleaning those areas. After Lee finished, I immediately scheduled for the rest of the carpet as well as my sectional and kitchen chairs to be cleaned a month later. My carpets look clean and my entire home smells so fresh. But I must say my carpets feel softer and softer as the days go by. It is an absolute pleasure to walk on them. Though the previous carpet cleaning company left my carpets clean, my home had an unpleasant smell and the carpet felt very hard and uncomfortable. Lee explained that he uses a green cleaning solution which includes a conditioner. Lee is prompt, thorough and his prices are reasonable. You will not be disappointed using Red Carpet Professional Services.

I found Royal Red Carpet Cleaning on Google. I called and…read morespoke with Raymond made an appointment with him for Wednesday 12/23/20. We began talking about an appointment I had booked Last week for today Monday 12/21/20 with another company that I called to confirm the appointment with the company and the individual who was supposed to be in my apartment between 2pm and 2:30pm. Which the individual who stated he owned the Cleaning carpet company last minute decided to text me and gave me a bunch of stories which quite frankly I didn't care to hear he was supposed to come to do a job and it was an appointment that was made a week ago and he never showed up never called I called spoke to him briefly on the phone and then he said he was coming and then decided that he couldn't come. So I decided to Google carpet cleaning companies because I needed my carpet cleaned before the holidays and I have been waiting for a very long time to have them cleaned I found Royal Red carpet Cleaning company on Google and I decided to give a call and spoke to Raymond who is the owner he stated of the company we began to talk about my situation and we booked the appointment as I stated earlier in the beginning of the conversation for Wednesday between noon and 1:00 p.m. or so. As we continue speaking he sounded very professional very nice person and I have asked him if he could come today he said he was busy and booked and he couldn't make it but he would come on Wednesday which was the 24th a day before Christmas so I got a little sad over that and I guess he kind of felt that and he was so kind and he said to me you know I just had a cancellation and I will be heading your way to clean your carpet today I should be in your house by 2:30 or so to clean your carpet I couldn't believe that he said that and that he actually showed up and did the job he cleaned my two bedrooms and he did it quickly and he did it extremely well it's very professional I would use this company again to clean my carpet and I would use Raymond to do it because I like the way he cleaned the carpet especially that I had a little bit of paint on it due to the fact that I had my rooms painted and he did the best he could to remove whatever he could of the paint. So I'm very happy with the job that he did and with Raymond who did it I would recommend this company to my friends and family ask for Raymond he's he's the man!!!
