Three crew members (one women who appeared to have cleaning experience before and two men who appeared to be inexperienced) arrived and they spent 6-7 hours during which time they spent nearly 5 hours un-dusting, little vaccuming and mopping the basement. They worked at a very slow speed and were seen checking their phones while resting or trying to dust. One of them was wearing his pants very low which was riding on his thigh, certainly not a professional attire. They were using wet heavy cotton mops dripping in water which maybe be passable for the vinyl planks in the lower level but they did the same to clean my hardwood floors on the main floor. They left puddles of water sitting on the hardwood floor everywhere and I had to ask them to dry them off. One of them just left a dirty rag sitting on top of my original oil painting and that was the last straw. They still hadn't finished cleaning my main floor bathroom or the kitchen; maybe finished only about half of upstairs but I asked them to leave. They worked furiously for the last 40 minutes or so until the owner came to pick them up. I paid $625 for this incomplete substandard cleaning service. I would not recommend.

He walked around to look at the condition of my carpets, explained why I had black stains on the carpet that was close to the baseboard, and what I could reasonable expect in terms of cleaning those areas. After Lee finished, I immediately scheduled for the rest of the carpet as well as my sectional and kitchen chairs to be cleaned a month later. My carpets look clean and my entire home smells so fresh. But I must say my carpets feel softer and softer as the days go by. It is an absolute pleasure to walk on them. Weeks went by, many confusing and frustrating telephone calls. The last communication, I was promised a return call from "Tom". I never heard from Tom or anyone else. I had to settle my claim with the insurance company another contactor on my own to complete the repairs. Two months later, after the incident, the repairs have been made.
