She said that Kelsey just got out of school and isn't used to cutting guys hair.... This is Sports clips!! Why would you hire someone that doesn't have experience cutting guys hair? Never a bad haircut for me, a tad premium price-wise but worth it in my opinion. Yes the lines are long, but check in online, go run your other errands in the mall and they'll be ready for you when you're done. Guess I'm gonna be the lone holdout defending them :)
