He has professional-grade videos to walk you through every step of the process ... including how to get to the courthouse, and even where to park. I have short-term memory issues, and I found the videos to be a huge help. No where along the process was I left to guess about what would happen, or when it would happen. Don't GO!!! I could not believe it, but Mr. Ruff cannot read a credit report. He has this horrible video that you "have" to watch, it is an hour long, staring himself. Huge ego... and no abilities.
